About Us…

WordPress Fitness Website is a gym located in Hagerstown, Maryland. We have personal, group, strength and kids training classes 6 days a week. Our programs use movements that are similar to those you use every day, making them not only safe, but highly effective. You’ll do things like deadlifts, running, and push-ups. You’ll learn Olympic Weightlifting to become more powerful. You’ll jump, squat, run, bike, row, push and pull! You’ll flip some tires, do some jump rope and pull a sled! When you combine all of these functional movements with high levels of intensity (which you’ll learn how to do), you get results! We keep our program varied so that every time you come to class, you’re doing something very different from your last session. We know that you don’t have the time to commit several hours of your week to exercise. With our emphasis on intensity, you’ll reach your goals by showing up (and working hard!) three or four times per week— that’s it!

I’m Chad Smith and I was a bullied kid with big glasses, a speech impediment, and no confidence, but I had a burning desire to become the most phenomenal version of myself possible.

Today, I’m a dedicated fitness professional and it’s my mission in life to educate and motivate ordinary people like you and me to achieve extraordinary health and fitness results…

And, if it’s alright with you, I’d also like to help you drop those extra pounds, lose some inches, and help you get back into those clothes that have been waiting for you in your closet 😉
